Chem-Trend Interview Training Coach

Attitude and aptitude practice

Hiring for Attitude and Aptitude

This training builds interviewing skill — the ability to ask structured, evidence-based questions that reveal a candidate's real attitude and aptitude, not just a polished answer. Practicing here strengthens your ability to recognize traits like accountability, curiosity, learning agility, and problem-solving in the moment, so hiring decisions rest on observed evidence instead of assumptions.

Practice structured interviewing with fictional candidate scenarios, coaching feedback, and a copy-ready Copilot prompt.

How this training works

  1. Pick a department, candidate quality, role type, candidate level, and number of questions (5, 10, or 15) under Start training, or click Random scenario for a random combination.
  2. Read the scenario briefing, then select Begin interview.
  3. For each discovery stage, choose one of the three interviewer questions (or type your own), then review the candidate's response and the coach's feedback before continuing.
  4. When the scenario ends, add a final reflection, then copy the evaluation prompt or export a Markdown summary and paste it into Copilot for full feedback on your interviewing technique.

      2. Open Copilot — opens Copilot in a new tab so you can paste the copied prompt into the chat.
